You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will also assist employees and visitors with clear, professional communication, bringing teamwork and integrity to every interaction while helping keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and help control entry, including checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing deliveries and contractors per site policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Complete routine reports and logs, notify appropriate personnel of hazards or suspicious activity that may impact operations, and help to deter unauthorized access and/or theft through visible patrol presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
