As a Security Officer - Unarmed Foot Patrol in Shreveport, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site policies. You will communicate clearly with operations teams, document activity, and respond to concerns with a calm, customer-service mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy concerns through the designated chain of communication.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, tank farms, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, and perimeter routes as directed by post orders.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas as assigned, verifying authorization, assisting with visitor processing, and documenting entries, exits, and unusual conditions.
• Complete required documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift pass-down notes, and coordinate with site representatives and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
