About UC Clermont

UC Clermont College is located in the center of Clermont County on 91 beautiful wooded acres in Batavia Township 30 miles east of the Clifton Campus. Opened in 1972, Clermont College is an accredited, open-access college offering more than 50 associate degrees and certificate programs and a baccalaureate degree.

Job Overview

UC Clermont College is looking for an Assistant Coach Minor Sports Women's Soccer. This position will report to Brian Sullivan and will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all other activities.


Responsible for all administrative and organizational aspects of coaching including student-athlete recruitment, fundraising, monitoring student-athlete academic performance and adherence to USCAA Division rules and regulations.



Responsible for knowledge of and adherence to USCAA rules and procedures, Assist with recruiting, eligibility & general operation of the program. Assist with practices and drills. Have Knowledge of Presto sports, Responsible for transporting athletes to away games and maintain a valid driver's license.

Essential Functions

  • Execute coaching assignment and administrative responsibilities.
  • Recruit academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
  • Guide and actively encourage student-athletes to succeed academically, earn a degree and represent the university with integrity.
  • Maintain current knowledge of USCAA rules and regulations.
  • Participate in public and alumni relations and promotional activities.
  • Assist in establishing positive media relations.
  • Assist with fundraising including cultivating and soliciting donor to meet fundraising goals.
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.

Salary/Hourly Pay Rate Information: $4,080
