Acting independently, Sales Analytics and Insights Senior Advisor performs the analysis of key questions, sales performance scenarios, hypothesis development and testing, and modeling of recommended solutions, as well as interact with and communicate findings/recommendations/results to senior business leaders on behalf of the team.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Design and automate Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards, transforming complex data models into actionable KPIs and compelling visual stories for senior leadership.
  • Orchestrate monthly sales forecasting, annual budgeting, and quota-setting processes, while developing statistical models to support C-Suite presentations and quarterly Board reporting.
  • Extract and interpret Salesforce CRM data to assess pipeline health, account activity, and sales productivity, utilizing scenario modeling to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze internal and external datasets to identify whitespace and market opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Marketing directors to drive go-to-market insights.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable data flow across systems, integrating additional datasets beyond standard CRM/ERP sources.
  • Enforce data governance standards to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all sales reporting and analytical models.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Product teams to align on operational data, standardize forecasting methodologies, and deliver timely business solutions.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Strong operational knowledge of financial institutions and their processes, with specific experience in financial industry analysis.
  • Experience supporting large sales organizations (100+ reps) with complex, multi-product portfolios.
  • Proficiency with SQL or similar query languages for handling multi-source datasets, plus working knowledge of Tableau to support legacy dashboard transitions.
  • Deep understanding of advanced sales operations functions, including quota setting, territory planning, and complex forecasting methodologies.
  • A proven track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations specifically for C-Suite and Board-level audiences.
