Patient Registration Top Skills * Healthcare experience * Patient access or patient support * Customer service Job Summary In this role, you will provide highquality customer service to patients who have upcoming appointments. Responsibilities include updating patient information, verifying insurance details, and entering data into the internal system. Key Responsibilities * Deliver excellent service to patients by assisting with appointmentrelated needs. * Update patient records, including demographics, medical history, date of birth, and other required details. * Verify and update insurance information in the patient database. * Enter patient data accurately into Cerner and other internal systems. Required Skills & Qualifications MustHaves: * 1+ year of customer service experience (inperson experience acceptable). * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Soft Skills: * Ability to work independently while asking for help when needed. * Strong communication and organizational abilities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
