Title Specialist Top Skills & Experience * At least 1 year of experience in vehicle title processing and resolving titlerelated issues. * Demonstrated success in managing a variety of title responsibilities with accuracy and consistency. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with agencies, customers, and lienholders to resolve title discrepancies. * Experience in automotive customer service roles. * Familiarity with sending titles to purchasing dealers. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve enduser issues effectively. Job Responsibilities * Respond to incoming title inquiries via email, text, and phone, ensuring timely and detailed communication. * Take full responsibility for titlerelated cases from initiation through resolution, escalating when necessary. * Process titles from multiple states with careful review for accuracy, compliance, and marketability. * Receive packages delivered through UPS, FedEx, and USPS. * Distribute title documents to the appropriate internal departments. * Review title documents for completeness and accuracy. * Prepare necessary documentation to ensure titles meet marketability requirements. * Organize and sort titles by VIN to ensure they are sent to the correct buyers. * Upload verified titles into the appropriate system. Additional Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in vehicle title processing. * Proven ability to handle a range of titlerelated tasks with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Work Environment * Onsite schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Employees are responsible for parking costs and must use the provided tram service, typically $80-$90 per month.
