We are seeking an experienced and confident Office Manager to support a specialty medical practice in Edina. This role is responsible for managing the full billing cycle, including charge entry, claim submission, denial management, and patient payment communication. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable advocating with insurance companies to ensure proper reimbursement. ***Please note, to qualify for this opening you need to have Nextech software experience Responsibilities * Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies in a timely and accurate manner. * Complete charge entry and input all billing details into Nextech. * Post insurance and patient payments with precision. * Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances and assist with collections. * Investigate, appeal, and resolve claim denials. * Maintain organized, compliant, and accurate billing records. * Collaborate with internal staff to ensure proper documentation for billing. Required Skills & Experience * 3-5 years of medical billing and office management experience * Proficiency with Nextech billing software * Strong understanding of medical billing and basic coding. * Prior experience with charge entry and payment posting. * Confidence and persistence when working with insurance companies. * High accuracy, reliability, and professionalism. *This role does not have any flexibility for remote capabilities. All hours are completed ONSITE in Edina. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
