About the team:

As part of our Talent Solutions team, you will drive and maximize recruitment product/service functionality and develop and implement efficient strategies to ensure desired outcomes for our specialized client needs on both the Dice and ClearanceJobs brands.

About the role:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for strategy creation, resource optimization, service delivery and troubleshooting through the course of an engagement while handling day-to-day recruiting activities.

Once hired, you will:



  • Learn and understand our Dice brand to optimally serve our client's recruitment needs
  • Ensure all daily recruiting needs are being met to generate and action candidate flow
  • Ensure all recruitment media (emails and job postings) is created and deployed within the standards of all provided quality assurance measurable to be as effective as possible
  • Attend all scheduled client interactions and coordinate when necessary


As you progress in the role, you will:



  • Assist in developing and implementing effective and efficient recruitment strategies to ensure the desired outcomes for the client specifically targeting their scope and contract needs.
  • Maintains and adjusts recruitment strategies in real time to ensure client project goals are being met
  • Communicates regularly with all internal project stakeholders about project status and client needs to ensure current client needs are being met and future ones are being identified.
  • Build strong partnership with clients to understand overall business objectives, culture and positioning to generate highest possible results through all methods of communication
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis, including metrics such as number of candidate submissions and placement targets to drive client success and division growth.


What you bring to the team:

Required:



  • Vast knowledge of the technology industry and solid recruitment project management experience.
  • Robust experience with social networking outlets/media to assist in attracting candidates
  • Ability to lead by example and work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to recognize upsell opportunities during communication with a customer.
  • Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel, email, Internet.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage scope, and meet/exceed client expectations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Considerable interview technique skills


Preferred:



  • Government/security clearance recruitment experience

Denver pay range: Base salary/pay plus commissions at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
$105,000 $130,000 USD
Internal pay range: Base salary/pay plus commissions at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
