What You'll Do:


Pelican is looking for a Trade Show & Events Specialist who thrives on planning, logistics, and live experiences. In this role, you'll own the execution behind our trade shows and marketing events-making sure every booth, display, and detail is dialed in. From coordinating freight and vendors to supporting on-site setup and customer engagement, you'll help create polished, memorable experiences that reflect Pelican's premium brand.



  • Own the planning and execution of trade shows and marketing events from start to finish
  • Coordinate logistics including freight, schedules, vendors, and booth assets
  • Partner with Marketing to bring booth designs, product displays, and promotions to life
  • Be the go-to contact for event organizers, exhibit vendors, and internal teams
  • Travel to events to support setup, solve issues on the fly, and keep everything running smoothly
  • Represent Pelican with confidence and professionalism on the show floor
  • Build timelines, run-of-show plans, and checklists to keep events on track
  • Support post-event recaps and continuous improvement
  • Assist with product training sessions and facility tours as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned.



What We're Looking For:



  • Associate degree in events, marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in trade shows, events, logistics coordination, or marketing support
  • Working knowledge of event logistics, vendor coordination, and basic trade show operations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with basic projects or asset-tracking tools is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
