We are looking to hire a Department Secretary

MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital, located in Rockport, Maine, is a 106-bed, full-service community hospital. The Department Secretary - PBH WH role performs clerical and reception responsibilities for assigned clinical department.

* Eight hours shifts: Monday-Friday 0700-1530

* Fully onsite, no remote option

* 4 Glen Cove Drive Suite 109 Rockport, ME 04856

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
    • License/Certifications: N/A
    • Experience: One year of experience in a clerical or reception role preferred
    • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
    • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
