Shift: Monday - Friday (Possible Saturdays if needed) | 7 AM - 3 PM (Expect some overtime)

Day-to-Day Grind

• File management, freight/vendor bill processing, and accounts payable assistance
• Organize and oversee shipping, project, and production files
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Enter and manage data in the company ERP system, including:
  
  
  
  • Basic quote entry and conversion to sales orders
  • Production planning and recording
  • Transport planning and shipment updates
  • Material purchase orders and job references
  
  
  
  
• Develop an initial understanding of Skyline's business processes, products, and workflow
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments via Truck, UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.
• Track and record daily and weekly production pay metrics
• Participate in safety committee meetings and plant safety initiatives
