Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday-Friday (Some weekends or overtime may be required)

What's Required to Get Started

• Minimum 2 years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience
• Strongreliability and attendance record
• Excellent communication skillsand ability to work well with a team
• Must be able to work inextreme weather conditions(heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Ability tolift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must wear appropriate work attire, includingclosed-toe or steel-toe boots

What Your Day Looks Like

In this Groundskeeper position, you'll maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees through mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering. Keep common areas, sidewalks, and parking lots free of debris and trash. Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal, snow/ice prep, and planting. Identify and report any property damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards. Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively. Communicate with onsite staff regarding maintenance needs or updates.
