Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (PRN/Temporary)

This is what it takes to work for us.

• Assess patients and implement individualized respiratory care plans
• Administer therapies including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, and nebulizer treatments
• Perform routine and emergent airway procedures: suctioning (tracheal, endotracheal, nasopharyngeal)
• Monitor patient responses and document accurately in EMR systems
• Maintain respiratory equipment, troubleshoot, and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRCP) license
• 1+ year of acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts, standing, and sitting as needed
• Commitment to safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
