Flexographic Press Operator 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM No Weekend Work (Training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd) Job Summary We're hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to run a Mark Andy press on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands color and quality, and wants steady weekday hours with no weekends. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and maintain a multi-color Mark Andy flexographic press Print on flexible paper, pressure-sensitive paper, films, and unsupported substrates Work with UV and water-based inks Mount plates, pull raw materials, and follow job tickets and specifications Monitor print quality and make adjustments to maintain color and consistency Perform basic preventative maintenance on the press Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Troubleshoot press issues and help train or support others as needed What We're Looking For Experience operating a Mark Andy flexographic press (or similar flexo equipment) Strong color matching skills Experience printing on multiple substrates Ability to read job tickets, measurements, and rulers Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Self-motivated and able to manage productivity and quality with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, safety-focused, and dependable Schedule Training: 1st shift Regular Shift: 2nd shift \| 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Monday-Friday #LI-MB1 After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
