What We're Looking For:

• 6 months of assembly worker experience is preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Mechanically inclined with strong hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail is critical - accuracy matters!
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic math.
• Dependable and organized with a consistent work ethic.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and lift or move small to large components.

• Assemble small to medium-sized components with precision and care.
• Performquality control inspectionsto ensure products meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assemble wiring harnesses according to specifications and blueprints.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring devices such as a tape measure.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and follow all safety and dress code requirements (closed-toe shoes and pants).
