What It Takes:

• A diploma or GED is a plus
• 1+ years of assembly or production experience

As a Production Line Associate, you'll be responsible for operating factory equipment, preparing items for distribution, assembling and inspecting products, conducting process checks throughout production, maintaining an organized production line, and assisting in packaging and shipping items. The ideal candidate will have at least (6) months of experience in the food industry, production facility, or assembly line, possess excellent communication skills, reliability, flexibility with shift hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
