PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC's for adidas. This supports the successful implementation of "Creating the New" by supporting revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added service. In this role you are responsible for the quality management and development and the coordination of the assigned service area at the adidas location in Los Angeles in the region NAM. This role will set the highest quality standards for all location related facility operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Americas Workplace Leadership Team, specifically in the Los Angeles area in implementing processes related to internal corporate employee moves and workplace environment changes driven by business requirements, workplace evolution, and analysis of utilization trends.
- Drive a premium level of operational standards serving as main POC for day-to-day operations of vendors, subcontractors, building maintenance needs, facilities issues for all adidas DTLA spaces
- Gain familiarity with adidas internal operating process in order to conduct various tasks with high complexity supporting BU functional teams.
- Deliver consistent facility management service standards within target schedule and scope, focusing on employee experience and meeting expectations
- Drive team performance through setting clear expectations and priority management.
- Assist in the development of policy and procedure manual for CMC; manage maintenance and required updates
- Provide day to day supervision of maintenance systems, processes, and documentation
- Manage Workplace Communication for location; Develop and send out weekly office reminders and updates
- Be a partner with adidas Security, IT, and CRE (Workplaces) to help develop, implement, and manage site security operational standards
- Attend meetings as it relates to operational developments at adidas DTLA
- Manage Office Services Provider (Ricoh) providing FM, Building Maintenance, Hospitality, and Shipping Receiving Services
- Manage administration of Iron Mountain account, ensuring any documents that require shredding have been identified and timeline for destruction is set in place; Schedule destruction when needed.
- Manage vendor set ups, creation and maintenance of PO's, budget forecasting and reconciliation of all invoices related to function, ensuring compliance with adidas policy at all times.
- Oversee Facilities Requests Smartsheet, ensuring timely, complete resolution to all requests. Analyze trends to proactively provide solutions for long term and day-to-day BU functionality
- Site lead for ISO certification program (ISO 14001, 18001, 45001), ensuring timely reporting, policy and procedure implementation and ongoing compliance and continuous improvement

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed vocational training, studies or equivalent education
- Appropriate qualification in Facilities Management
- Appropriate qualification in HSE Management
- Minimum 5 years working experience in respective area and experience at a similar level in a complex organisation
- Proven Leadership and people management

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $100,430.00 - 114,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
