Overview The Birth Certificate Clerk is an unlicensed person who performs indirect care in the department setting who facilitates the Birth Certificate Process with all new newborns. Shifts Available: Days Employment Type: Per Diem Hours: 8-hour shifts Department: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Location: Dallas Regional Medical Center - Mesquite, TX Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Responsible for all data entry in the State's VIP system as well as collecting all needed information for each newborns birth certificate and submission to the local Department of Vital Statistics and DOH.
