As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents across docks, yards, and building perimeters. You will monitor access points, respond to alarms and service requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors. Bring integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading dock areas, parking lots, yard areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor access control points such as gates, entrances, and shipping and receiving areas, verifying identification, visitor logs, and/or delivery documentation per site procedures.
• Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, and/or policy violations; complete detailed written reports and maintain shift documentation using required systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
