As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will provide a visible presence through routine foot and vehicle patrols, helping to discourage security-related incidents across sales floors, entrances, and parking areas. Using your valid driver's license, you may support mobile coverage and quick response to calls for assistance. You will deliver customer-focused service, clear communication, and detailed reporting as part of an agile, reliable team that leads with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patrons and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, back-of-house areas, entrances and exits, and exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor for suspicious or unsafe conditions, help to deter theft and/or disruptive behavior through high-visibility presence, and report observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts when appropriate and requesting additional assistance as needed.
• Document and communicate incidents, hazards, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management, including completing required reports and/or logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
