What you would do here:

* Assist in drafting an Investment Policy by researching best practices, building a policy framework, and incorporating feedback from leadership.

* Analyze bank fees and cash balances over multiple years to identify opportunities to optimize interest earnings.

* Research investment options and summarize findings and recommendations.

* Support ROI modeling for business development and technology initiatives.

* Help analyze expense trends and identify potential cost savings.

* Provide financial analysis support for special projects, including internal audit work, as needed.

Ideally you have:

* Pursing a degree in Finance or Accounting

* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Written and verbal communication skills
