REGISTERED NURSE FT [0345]

A-Team Solutions LLC is seeking Registered Nurses ( Primary Care) for a full time position, for 13 -26 week travel or local contract for the County Outpatient Clinic. Monday-Friday day shift 8 hrs per day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must Haves:

• Able to provide contraceptive education
• Draw Labs
• Do Immunizations
• Some prior OCHIN/EPIC EHR experience
• Triage

Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Also directs and guides patient teaching activities and ancillary personnel, while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Assesses plans and delivers nursing care to patients.

* Provides leadership to LPNs,

* Coordinates multiple medical services for diagnostic and treatment as directed by the Medical Director, Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

* Other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

3 years of Experience in the Specialty: Minimum three years current experience in outpatient clinic.

Minimum Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing

Education (CCNE). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in related field or a master's degree in Nursing or in related field is highly preferred.

Must be authorized to work in U.S.
