Position Description The Site Security Manager assists the Operations Security Manager (OSM) FSO, AFSO, CSSO and ACSSO in providing day-to-day management of all personnel, security and administrative duties and tasks for the Colorado Springs Security dept. Must be available after-hours for rotating on-call responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in maintaining and administering policies and procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICDs) and NISPOM and will regularly interface with ENSCO program personnel and customers. The successful candidate will study and assist in implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operation; assist in preparing manuals outlining regulations, and enforce established procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. The selected candidate once trained must have the ability to support multiple security environments with diverse security requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills. Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs.
