Say hello to opportunities.

It's not everyday that you consider starting a new career. We're RingCentral, and we're happy that someone as talented as you is considering this role. First, a little about us, we're a $2 Billion annual revenue company with double digit Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and a $93 Billion market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center and AI-powered adjacencies. We invest more than $250 million annually to ensure our AI-enabled technology and platforms meet or exceed the needs of our customers.

RingSense AI is our proprietary AI solution. It's designed to fit the business needs of our customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles we apply to our core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. Are you someone who always wants to know how things work before anyone else? We are looking for a highly technical, communicative, and proactive NPI Implementation Lead. In this role, you will be the first "expert" on every new product and feature we release. You will transform complex technical updates into digestible knowledge for our internal teams.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

1. Product Mastery & Early Adoption

  • Embed with the Product and Engineering teams during the development lifecycle to gain a deep, hands-on understanding of new features.

  • Act as the primary "beta" user for the implementation team, identifying potential friction points before a general release.

  • Maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base of product specifications and use cases.

2. Internal Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Develop comprehensive training, documentation, and toolkits for the Implementation and Customer Training teams.

  • Conduct live "train-the-trainer" sessions and workshops to ensure internal readiness.

  • Create assessment criteria to verify that team members are fully equipped to support and deploy new releases.

3. Customer Demos & Sales Support

  • Design and build standardized, high-impact product demos that highlight value propositions for different customer segments.

  • Conduct high-level customer demos for key accounts, acting as the technical face of the new product.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure demo environments reflect real-world customer scenarios and data.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical Aptitude: You have a knack for picking up new technology quickly without the need for existing training or documentation.

  • Educational Mindset: You don't just know the "what"-you can explain the "how" and "why" to people with varying levels of technical expertise.

  • Communication Pro: You are as comfortable presenting to a room of executives as you are troubleshooting with a developer.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple product launch timelines simultaneously without breaking a sweat.

Why You'll Love This Role:

You won't just be following a script; you'll be writing it. As the NPI Implementation Lead, you have the unique opportunity to influence how our products are perceived and handled by our internal experts. You are the catalyst for successful product implementation and delivery.

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance

  • Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter benefits

  • Paid parental and pregnancy leave

  • Family-forming benefits (IVF, Preservation, Adoption etc.)

  • Emergency backup care (Child/Adult/Pets)

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7

  • Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planning

  • Employee bonus referral program
