Job Overview

We are looking for a Service Administrator in St.George!


The Service Administrator supports the daily operations of the St. George branch by managing work orders, scheduling required maintenance, coordinating technician payroll and labor reconciliation, and ensuring all administrative and service processes run smoothly. This position plays a key role in keeping service workflow on track while maintaining strong communication with technicians, coordinators, and leadership.

Key Job Responsibilities
Work Order Management

  • Open, prepare, and close work orders in CDK
  • Forecast and trackpreventive maintenance
  • Use Excel daily
  • Ensure all mandatory maintenance is scheduled within required 200-hour windows
  • Reach out to customers to schedule service when needed


Operational Support & Yard Oversight

  • Oversee yard-related administrative tasks and ensure timely communication with coordinators
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time


Payroll & Labor Reconciliation

  • Sign off on technician time and submit payroll
  • Reconcile daily labor entries; verify accurate technician time entry
  • Identify and correct timekeeping issues
  • Track technician PTO and efficiency metrics

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in dealership service support, warranty administration, or similar experiencedesired
  • Some college credits in business, economics, math, psychology, accounting, supply chain or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ERP and case management systems and process preferred
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and effective writing skills.
  • Self-starter, demonstrates initiative and commitment.

Hiring Range

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $NA. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
