Coordinates daily activities of the Facilities Engineering Technicians to assure inspections and repairs of facility building systems are performed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the patients and staff. Responsible for the coordination of all applicable maintenance and repair work practices, quality standards, policies and procedures to assure maximum efficiency on facility building systems and equipment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2. Valid Driver's License - must be maintained during employment period. 3. State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas. 4. Formal training beyond high school (i.e., technical school, apprenticeship, trade schools or college) OR Five (5) years ofdocumented experience in plant operations OR maintenance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Five (5) years of experience in a health care environment.
