Join Life Cycle Engineering in support of the NCIS IT support services mission headquartered in Quantico, Virginia. The Information Technology Directorate (ITD) supports the NCIS core mission areas to investigate and defeat criminal, terrorist, and foreign intelligence threats by planning for and providing services through appropriate use of the people, equipment, technology, and infrastructure resources of the United States (U.S.) Navy and Marine Corps. Position Summary: As the Requirements Analyst, you will act as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. The Requirements Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. This position is expected to start in Q3 of 2026. Clearance Requirements: Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
