Position Title: Machine Operator Wage: $18.99/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) Unless OT than Fridays as well Looking for a full-time Machine Operator to join our team in Weston, WI! Operate precision machinery, craft high-quality wood components, and grow your skills in a hands-on environment. No experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right candidate! Machine Operator Responsibilities: - Run a CNC Beam Saw or other machinery (Doweling Machine, Edge bander, glue line, laminate saw) - Operate equipment, completing each machining process with precision - Read instructions, work orders and read prints - Use measuring equipment to maintain identified tolerances - Perform a visual check on completed parts for QA purposes and ensure labeling is properly placed - Move finished products to holding carts and follow procedure for proper storage if necessary - Collaborate & keep a clean, safe environment Requirements For Machine Operator: - Able to lift up to 50lbs - Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing - Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range - Occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles (with PPE provided); outdoor weather conditions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
