Position Title: Production
Wage: $16.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Production position at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Quality Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Accurately count and maintain records of parts while fulfilling orders. - Identify and work with various part numbers. - Assemble parts kits, displays, and other projects according to specifications. - Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and accuracy in assembly. - Work on different assembly projects as production needs change. - Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs. on a regular basis. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Quality Technician Requirements: - Strong reliability-must be punctual and dependable due to the impact on the whole operation. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recordkeeping. - Ability to recognize and work with multiple part numbers. - Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly. - Willingness to be flexible and work on various assembly tasks as needed. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. quincy@qpsemployment.com IND118 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
