Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Process customer orders accurately via phone, email and internal systems - Enter, update and manage orders in ERP and order management systems - Verify pricing, product availability and order details prior to fulfillment - Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, delays or discrepancies - Support internal sales teams with order-related inquiries and documentation - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Provide professional, solution-oriented customer service in all interactions Requirements for Customer Service Representative: - 2+ years of customer service experience in a B2B environment - Experience with order processing and order entry - Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or food-related businesses preferred - ERP or order management system experience preferred - Experience supporting sales teams or account managers preferred - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus IND010 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
