Job Summary

The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately storing, preparing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting all shipping and receiving activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Store products accurately within designated warehouse locations
• Prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately for shipment
• Label and meter packages using various freight and shipping systems
• Process orders using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Complete daily preparation tasks to support upcoming shipping activities
• Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and applicable regulatory requirements

• 1 year of related experience preferred (user review recommended)
• Ability to follow detailed processes, safety guidelines, and standard procedures
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
• Compliance with workplace dress code and safety standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Scheduled work hours are 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times
• Long pants must be worn at all times; shorts are not permitted
• Pants must be worn at waist level with undergarments not visible
• Hats are not permitted
• Hooded sweatshirts may be worn, but hoods must remain down
• Tank tops and cutoff shirts are not permitted
• Clothing with offensive or inappropriate slogans, images, or language is prohibited
• Sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution center floor
