Job Summary

The Apparel Assistant Designer supports the Senior Designer with design execution and product development activities across seasonal programs. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented design professional with strong technical capabilities, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced apparel environment. The Assistant Designer contributes to sketching, tech pack creation, PLM updates, and cross-functional coordination to support the design lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Designer with Illustrator sketching and design updates
• Create, update, and maintain tech packs throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage and maintain BOMs within PLM systems
• Update and organize Miro boards for seasonal development needs
• Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, and cross-functional partners as required
• Assist with design execution, revisions, documentation, and organizational tasks
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all design files and materials

Job Requirements

• Experience in apparel or fashion design support roles
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems, tech packs, and BOMs
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience supporting senior designers preferred (user review recommended)

Education

• Relevant design-related education preferred (user review recommended)

Work Experience

• Prior apparel design or product development experience preferred (user review recommended)
