The Lead Sourcing Analyst - AI Procurement Transformation & Travel Management is a strategic leader responsible for driving the company's global procurement transformation through advanced AI technologies. This role will architect and execute innovative, AI-powered sourcing strategies, optimize travel program management, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: AI Procurement Transformation Develop and implement a comprehensive AI-driven procurement strategy, leveraging machine learning, automation, and predictive analytics to revolutionize sourcing, supplier management, and spend optimization. Lead cross-functional teams to redesign procurement processes, automate routine tasks, and embed AI tools for real-time decision support and risk mitigation. Champion change management initiatives to foster adoption of AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Travel Program Management Oversee global travel program operations, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for airlines, hotels, and ground transportation Utilize AI-powered analytics to assess travel spend, identify savings opportunities, and enhance traveler experience. Collaborate with executive admins and internal customers to deliver seamless travel support and coordination. Process Excellence & Data Analytics Design and implement scalable processes and digital tools to enhance spend analytics, supplier performance tracking, and compliance monitoring. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize procurement workflows. Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, transformation milestones, and business impact. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Build strong relationships across the organization to drive buy-in, share best practices, and ensure successful AI procurement transformation. Provide expert guidance and training to procurement team members on AI tools, methodologies, and process innovation. To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: Proven experience leading global procurement transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI, automation, and digital innovation. Demonstrated success in travel program management and supplier negotiations. Deep understanding of contractual terms, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements. Advanced analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI); experience with AI procurement platforms preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field; 6-10 years relevant experience. Why Work Here?
