Zayo is seeking an Account Director to lead and expand strategic customer relationships within the oil and gas vertical. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Zayo's connectivity, infrastructure, managed services, and security solutions to a defined portfolio of enterprise and strategic oil & gas customers. The successful candidate will bring deep industry knowledge of oil & gas operations-including upstream, midstream, downstream, and field-based environments-combined with strong technical expertise in telecommunications, networking, and security services. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers to design and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions that support mission-critical operations. Our Account Director will own the full sales lifecycle, from account strategy and opportunity development through solution positioning, contract negotiation, and long-term account growth, while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Location: This remote work position will consider applicants that reside in the Dallas or Houston, Texas metro area. Key Responsibilities

Estimated Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 USD/annually. This role is eligible for participation in the Zayo sales commission plan. #LI-BW1 The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
