Description

Our Consumer Loan Documentation Manager oversees personnel and directs work processes with the Consumer Loan Documentation team to maximize staff productivity. This role ensures compliance with state laws, regulations, and internal controls; and the development of personal skills and team members.


This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week which are scheduled at the discretion of the supervisor. Hours vary depending on business needs.


What you'll need to be our Consumer Loan Documentation Manager:



  • Associate's degree in business administration or management.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities; demonstrating sound decision-making, effective motivation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ten-plus years of loan documentation and processing experience or at least fifteen years of equivalent experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

What you'll do as a Consumer Loan Documentation Manager:



  • Teach, train, mentor, and coach new and existing Consumer Loan Documentation team members.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations including RESPA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other state and federal lending consumer compliance regulations.
  • Direct the Post-Closing Review function to ensure timely receipt of loan packets.
  • Review various document exception, pending documentation, and quality control reports.
