HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As the Client Workflow & Reference Data Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and supporting key client onboarding platforms utilized by asset management clients. Your responsibilities will include leading the architecture and design of next-generation client onboarding and associated workflow systems, overseeing and supporting critical platforms leveraged by asset management clients, and managing a team of engineers while providing technical guidance and mentorship. You will serve as the subject matter expert for business relationships and stakeholder engagement, ensuring robust support and continuous improvement of existing client workflow and reference data systems. This role combines technical architecture expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring both deep technical knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills to drive the evolution of client onboarding capabilities, with core focus areas including platform development and enhancement, workflow system optimization and automation, reference data management and governance, cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, and technical leadership and team development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:



  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field


Experience:



  • 7+ years of combined experience in an engineering capacity
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with workflow solutions such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Appian
  • 4+ years in a system architecture role with responsibilities including tool selection, design decisions, performance optimization, risk mitigation, and team development
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality technical solutions to multiple global stakeholders in fast-paced environments and managing junior developers


Technical Skills:



  • Strong knowledge of customer service management workflow solutions
  • Proficiency in one or more SQL dialects
  • Comprehensive experience with all stages of the development lifecycle: inception, analysis, design, review, testing, and deployment


Leadership & Soft Skills:



  • Strong creative leader who is self-motivated with an analytical mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and solve complex technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints
  • Client and product-focused mindset with experience collaborating with product and/or business managers to propose products and their associated features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
