Job DescriptionVisa Commercial Solutions is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Director to lead Visa Commercial Solutions B2B Marketing in North America, based in Atlanta or NY. This high-impact, strategic role is central to driving business growth and delivering innovative, results-oriented marketing programs. The Director will bring deep B2B marketing expertise to align both regional and local priorities, champion account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and ensure world-class execution of commercial initiatives that advance the Visa brand. We're seeking a collaborative leader with a passion for building strong partnerships, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic, global environment. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing yourself as a value-add member of the Commercial Solutions team in North America to drive our sales targets, through delivering customer-centric initiatives and go-to-market plans that differentiate Visa with Clients and Partners across the region. You are a strategic thinker, obsessed with our customers, focused on generating demand for our solutions, tracking performance, and always have the data to prove what is working and what is not. You are key ally of Visa's Sales and Product Organisations, regularly collaborating with sales, business performance, product, and strategy leaders across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 163,500.00 to 261,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
