As an Ecolab Service Operations Manager, you will select, train, develop and coach a team of service representatives with an emphasis on Ecolab's equipment, machines, and service offerings to support area growth and ensure successful delivery of our total valueto the customer. In this critical leadership role, serve as the support leader for execution of our equipment and support infrastructure at the customer and within the area to deliver strong customer outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a team of individual contributors with an average team size of 6-12 direct reports
  • Responsible for the equipment, storage shed and 3rd party cost management within the area
  • Accountable for achieving Corporate Account rollout goals, equipment and Ecolab dish machine program (EDP) utilization and foundational operations platforms within the area
  • Ensure team achieves all installations and heavy service performance metrics and follows established processes and protocols
  • Coach team torepair, performpreventativemaintenance and installation ofequipment andsolutions
  • Recommend productivity objectives, leveraging technology, routing capabilities and safety support tools
  • Coordinate installations across the area, communicate effectively with DM and CA stakeholders
  • Efficiently manage leased equipment, non-sold equipment for proper payback and returns

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent/GED
  • Combination of 3 years mechanical, sales and/or leadership experience
  • Position requires a current and valid driver's license
  • Ecolab conducts a background check and drug screens on all candidates who receive a job offer
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available

Physical Demands

  • Drive a company vehicle as required to performjobduties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales leadership experience

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $85,800-$128,800 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
