What You Will Do:
- Provide first line contact for troubleshooting problems with 3D TRASAR and Nalco Water proprietary equipment.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting issues and problems on Ecolab Food & Beverage proprietary equipment.
- Provide live phone support to field representatives on standard equipment and e-catalog products referencing specifications, product literature, and pricing.
- Communicate and provide customers with equipment pricing, warranty, and equipment parts utilizing SAP program
- Track phone calls and emailed support tickets using ticket tracking system
- Provide technical guidance to product marketers, R&D, and commercialization teams in assigned technology areas.
- Support team vision, goals, and metrics
Position Details:
- Location: Naperville, IL
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 1 year of experience in a communications or sales role environment, or alternatively, 1 years of experience in an industrial, mechanical, or electrical environment.
- Basic understanding of PLC knowledge
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a proven ability to interface positively and professionally with a customer
- Experience with Gateways and Connectivity on automated systems
- Troubleshooting experience in electrical or mechanical systems
- Ability to analyze data
- Verbal communication skills
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelor's in engineering discipline, or 1-3 years' experience in a related technical field.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $60,500.00 - $90,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
