Overview
The Business Operations Lead is a strategic and operational member of Mission Control in CoreAI. This leader partners with Recruiting and HR for headcount planning, forecasted attrition, location strategies, levels of hires needed, hiring, and early-in-career programs. Theywill workwith cross-functional teamsto builda comprehensive onboarding system and run the monthly managers'meetingand agenda.They will leadRTO and space planning forCoreAIas well as keeporg policies current. They will supportERGs, Hackathons, and other employee-led initiatives that strengthen culture. This is a high visibility, high impact role requiring a systems level mindset and the ability to execute with precision while building durable mechanisms that strengthen how CoreAI operates. Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
