To support this transformation,we'reseeking aDirectorof Strategic Partnerships,Operations and Strategy.As part of this role, you will guide the team towardsmaintaininga smooth workflow acrossinternal stakeholder groups, partners,andagencies.You will build connections across internal marketing teams to maximize the integration of partnership stories across marketing activities. As the team manager, you will lead and empower your team to deliver consistently against partnershipobjectives, ensuring that all activities are aligned, efficient, and meet established deadlines. You will oversee the broader partnership portfolio,monitoringefficacyand proactivelyidentifyingand exploring new opportunities for collaboration. Additionally, you will champion the visibility and understanding of partnership impact across the organization by communicating results, sharing learnings, andfacilitatingcross-functional engagement. Your experience in partnership management, project leadership, campaign execution, and go-to-market strategies will enable you to drive success, foster innovation, and maximize the value these strategic partnerships bring to Microsoft and its stakeholders. Integrated Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
