Program Manager, Consultant

Your Role

The HQA team is responsible for managing Clinical Quality and Affordability for Blue Shield of California. The Program Manager, Consultant will report to the Director of Program and Project Management.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Previous project management experience required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have experience in managing business readiness
• Must have demonstrable skills using AI tools such as Co-Pilot to assist in the creation AI agents supporting generation of PMO artifacts and automation of key process
