Product Manager, Consultant

Your Role

The Member Experience Product Management team drives the strategy and delivery of digital solutions that empower members to make informed healthcare decisions. Your work will shape how millions of members access and understand their healthcare benefits. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management - Member Experience.

In this role, you will help advance Stellarus' mission by delivering solutions that meet the needs of our health plan customers. You will ensure digital experience components such as Benefit Coverage, Cost Transparency, Provider navigation and Claims are clear, transparent, and easy to use for members. This position focuses on building scalable, member-centric solutions that reinforce Stellarus' value to payer customers and drive innovation in healthcare. You will lead initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning into digital products, creating intuitive, predictive and personalized member experiences for all Stellarus customers.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology
• Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable
• Minimum 6 +years in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship required
• Required experience in healthcare, specifically health plan experience
• Digital consumer platform experience preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Subject matter expert (SME) understanding of healthcare benefits, cost transparency tools, and/or claims processes and demonstrated ability to apply knowledge within health insurance or health systems required
• Experience working in agile development environments required
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools required
• Knowledge of AI concepts and ability to apply them in product development required
• Proven ability to ideate, design, develop and launch web and mobile digital products that enhance user experience and drive engagement required
