phia is seeking an Identity Security Project Lead & Enablement Specialist to support Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives across a largescale enterprise environment. This role focuses on guiding identity modernization efforts, coordinating deployment of identity platforms, and implementing AI/MLenhanced capabilities for fraud detection, identity analytics, and authentication assurance. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with enterprise identity tools, strong stakeholderengagement capabilities, and the ability to support datadriven initiatives aligned with measurable performance outcomes.

This role collaborates closely with crossfunctional identity teams and requires a detailoriented identity SME who excels at communication, executive briefings, and storytelling with data.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support enterprise identity initiatives, including deployment and optimization of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
  • Drive adoption of "metricsthatmatter" to evaluate identity platform performance and strengthen program outcomes.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical implementations across identity technologies such as Ping, Okta, Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, and BeyondTrust.
  • Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) techniques to detect fraudulent activity, enhance identity verification, and improve data quality.
  • Deliver executivelevel briefings and communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate across multiple functional groups including engineering, product, governance, and security operations.
  • Ensure identity initiatives align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and strategic direction.
  • Support enablement activities including documentation, readiness planning, and communication materials for identityrelated capabilities.

Who You Are

  • Identity Security professional with 3+ years of experience as an Identity Security Project Lead or CIAM/IAM Specialist.
  • Skilled in managing and supporting technical implementations across identity platforms (Ping, Okta, Entra, SailPoint, BeyondTrust).
  • Experienced applying AI/ML concepts to identity assurance, fraud detection, or largescale data analysis.
  • Strong communicator capable of executive storytelling, datadriven insights, and clearly presenting technical information.
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to work across diverse technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting enterprise CIAM deployments and identity modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with frauddetection analytics, riskscoring models, or AIenhanced identity services.
  • Strong data analysis and dataquality improvement skills.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, enablement strategy, and crossfunctional communication.

Required Education + Experience

  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)..
  • 3+ years of experience as an Identity Security Project Lead, CIAM/IAM Specialist, or Identity Security SME Strong data analysis and dataquality improvement skills.
  • 3+ years supporting technical implementations across identity, access management, or privileged access platforms.

Security Clearance/Vetting

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
