Position: Recovery Specialist Department: Brockton Meadowbrook Site - CSS Schedule: Per Diem (Days, Evenings, Nights; Weekdays, Weekends) POSITION SUMMARY: Under supervision, the recovery specialist (RS) will provide peer recovery support services to patients on the Clinical Stabilization Services unit (CSS). The position will facilitate patient access to recovery-oriented SUD treatment, resources and community recovery groups. The RS will bridge the segmented treatment system into a more holistic care model through providing support across multiple systems and frameworks of care. This position will maintain ongoing patient support regardless of relapse and will serve as a motivator, ally, role model, problem-solver and advocate for patients. The RS should possess a thorough understanding to successful recovery, better tailor health messages and provide links to community resources and treatment options. This position requires good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Compensation Range: $15.14- $21.15This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
