Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: We are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to serve as the primary HR resource for our new Farmers Branch, Texas location. This role is pivotal in building out HR operations and supporting significant growth over the next several years. Acting as a true HR generalist, you will manage a wide range of HR functions while driving process improvements and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Reporting remotely to our Beaverton, OR team, this position requires a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about creating scalable HR practices.
