Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$23.57 - $31.83 / hour

The Lee Community Health Office, located in North Fort Myers is seeking an experienced LPN for a full time Clinical Supervisor position. This position requires 3 years of physician office experience and 2 years of leadership experience.

The LPN Clinical Supervisor provides hands on safe patient care which meets the requirements of the FL Nurse Practice Act, LPN license and regulatory agencies. Works in collaboration with physicians/management to optimize staffing and ensure workflows are efficient, effective and monitored to ensure care provided is safe and achieves desired clinical outcomes. In collaboration with physicians and management assists with the recruitment, development, orientation, training and supervision of clinical staff. Technically proficient with EHR and workflows to serve as a resource, preceptor and support to staff as necessary. Responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external relationships which ensure achievement of the strategies and goals of the organization. Applies effective communication strategies to solve and facilitate simple and complex situations which enhance a professional and healthy environment. Partners with on-site management and physicians to ensure the practice and staff are in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and meet requirements of regulatory agencies and Lee Health policies and procedures. Assumes the leadership role in absence of the Manager.

Education:Minimum of 1 year of formal education or training beyond high school required. Associate degree preferred.

Experience:Minimum of 3 years experience in physician office or ambulatory setting required. 2 years supervisory/leadership or combination of education and training required.

Certification:BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required.

License:Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Florida.

Other:Requires communication, interpersonal, customer relation, computer, math, analytical, clerical, filing, grammar, and spelling skills. Computer skills required. Adaptable and participative with technology changes.
