Your Opportunity: We're seeking a hands-on QA Test Automation Lead to define and deliver our automation strategy across Oracle Fusion, CPQ, and OTM. You'll build scalable automation, drive best practices, and ensure reliable, high-quality releases across mission-critical business processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead automation strategy and implementation across Oracle Cloud platforms, CPQ, and OTM.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated test suites across UI, API, and integrations.
  • Implement automation using tools such as OpKey, Tricentis, and/or ACCELQ.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with risk-based regression coverage.
  • Utilize Taylor project tools such as Jira to manage testing cycles and KPIs
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
  • Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor QA engineers and champion quality best practices.
  • Partner with our testing teams including Business Analysts, Business, and offshore testing teams that will play key roles in Taylor's Oracle testing strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years in QA, including automation leadership experience.
  • Strong hands-on testing experience with Oracle Fusion.
  • Expertise with one or more automation tools: OpKey, Tricentis, ACCELQ.
  • Experience automating REST/API and end-to-end business workflows.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We'd Also Like To See:

  • Experience or knowledge of Oracle integrations, security roles, and data flows.
  • Exposure to performance testing and cloud platforms.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
