Performs administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and program. Performs varied and complex administrative duties requiring independent judgment and the application of established policies and procedures. May provide supervision and direction to clerical, paraprofessional or professional staff members.

Major/Essential Functions


  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate experiences, programs, and events that support student success, engagement, and retention
  • Build and apply advanced knowledge of critical points in the student journey, as well as unique student needs, to lead innovative strategic planning efforts
  • Stay informed of student success initiatives and resources across campus and cultivate collaborative relationships with academic and administrative partners to support coordinated programming
  • Actively participate in campus-wide initiatives, collaborating with students, faculty, staff, and administrators to advance institutional student success goals
  • Coordinate communication and marketing initiatives to encourage student, staff, and faculty engagement
  • Utilize Raider Success Hub for program communication, documentation, and reporting
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge, skills, and best practices in student success and retention
  • Assess, evaluate, and report on program outcomes and effectiveness to inform decision-making and program growth and development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Four years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel/Student Affairs, or a related field; supervisory experience.
