Title: Customer Communications Developer

Location: Brooklyn OH (2-3 days onsite)

Duration: 8 Months + Extensions

Required Experience

• At least 3 years hands on experience with a customer communications management platform
• Experience using a creating customer communications tool creating statements, notices, or letters of dynamic business content
• Experience with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to engage team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements

Preferred Qualifications
